GTA Recruitment Process
The GTA recruitment process consists of five stages. Once you submit your online application, the careers team arranges an initial discussion over the phone. If we feel that you are a strong candidate after the initial phone call we will arrange the first interview to assess your culture fit with GTA. If the first interview feedback is positive, we then arrange a second interview to assess your technical ability. On completion of the technical interview, if successful, you will be given a written offer and the onboarding process begins.
As a senior consultant, this role's day-to-day responsibilities will include developing innovative and bespoke solutions for our clients, managing projects, liaising with clients, as well as mentoring and developing more junior staff.
This is a great role for someone who has developed technical traffic and transport engineering capabilities and is ready to take on more project responsibilities and build their profile in the industry.
A role has become available in our Design team and we are now seeking a Technical Design Consultant. For this role, the ideal candidate is someone who is passionate about road design and wants to be involved in a variety of complex small-medium sized projects.
