GTA Recruitment Process
The GTA recruitment process consists of five stages. Once you submit your online application, the careers team arranges an initial discussion over the phone. If we feel that you are a strong candidate after the initial phone call we will arrange the first interview to assess your culture fit with GTA. If the first interview feedback is positive, we then arrange a second interview to assess your technical ability. On completion of the technical interview, if successful, you will be given a written offer and the onboarding process begins.
